Where do your flowers come from?<\/h3>\n

All our flowers are sourced directly from Kunming’s Dounan Flower Market in Yunnan, China \u2014 Asia’s largest flower market. We buy direct from growers at dawn and ship overnight to Hong Kong. No middlemen, no importers, no markups.<\/p>\n

How fresh are the flowers?<\/h3>\n

Very. Flowers are cut in Yunnan in the early morning and arrive at our Hong Kong studio within 24 hours. Your arrangement is assembled and delivered the same day. Most bouquets last 10\u201314 days with proper care.<\/p>\n

Can I order for same-day delivery?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Order by 2 PM HKT and we’ll deliver the same day across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Orders after 2 PM are delivered the following morning.<\/p>\n

How much does delivery cost?<\/h3>\n

Free delivery on orders over HKD 500. Standard delivery is HKD 80 for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, HKD 120 for New Territories.<\/p>\n

Can I customise my arrangement?<\/h3>\n

Yes. Each collection has a signature style, but if you have specific flowers, colours, or size requirements, email us at hello@hqflowers.com or leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate.<\/p>\n

What if I’m not happy with my order?<\/h3>\n

We stand behind every arrangement. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right \u2014 replacement, refund, or credit, your choice. See our Refunds & Returns<\/a> page for details.<\/p>\n

Do you do corporate accounts or regular deliveries?<\/h3>\n

Yes. We work with offices, hotels, restaurants, and co-working spaces for regular flower programmes. Email hello@hqflowers.com with “Corporate Enquiry” in the subject line.<\/p>\n

How do I care for my flowers?<\/h3>\n

Trim the stems at a 45\u00b0 angle, change the water every 2 days, and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and fruit bowls (ethylene gas speeds up wilting). Each delivery includes a care card with specific instructions for your arrangement.<\/p>\n

What payment methods do you accept?<\/h3>\n

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPS, and bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Do you deliver to hospitals or offices?<\/h3>\n
