Send a photo to hello@hqflowers.com and we&#8217;ll offer your choice of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A free replacement arrangement delivered the same or next day<\/li>\n<li>A full refund to your original payment method<\/li>\n<li>Store credit for a future order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What&#8217;s Covered<\/h3>\n<p>Damaged or wilted flowers on arrival, incorrect arrangements, missing items, late deliveries (over 2 hours past the promised window).<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s Not Covered<\/h3>\n<p>Change of mind after delivery, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, flowers that wilt after 48 hours (proper care extends vase life), minor colour substitutions due to seasonal availability.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window. Same-day orders placed after 2 PM cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Claim<\/h3>\n<p>Email hello@hqflowers.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
