Our Guarantee
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo to hello@hqflowers.com and we’ll offer your choice of:
- A free replacement arrangement delivered the same or next day
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for a future order
What’s Covered
Damaged or wilted flowers on arrival, incorrect arrangements, missing items, late deliveries (over 2 hours past the promised window).
What’s Not Covered
Change of mind after delivery, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, flowers that wilt after 48 hours (proper care extends vase life), minor colour substitutions due to seasonal availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window. Same-day orders placed after 2 PM cannot be cancelled.
How to Claim
Email hello@hqflowers.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond to all claims within 2 hours during business hours.
