Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equivalent or higher value if a specific variety is unavailable due to seasonal or supply constraints. We will notify you of any significant substitutions.
Pricing
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your order is guaranteed.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. While we deliver on time in the vast majority of cases, extreme weather (T8 typhoon signal, black rainstorm warning) may cause delays. We will contact you if your delivery is affected.
Product Images
Product photographs are representative. Natural variations in flower colour, size, and shape are part of what makes each arrangement unique. Your arrangement will reflect the style and quality shown, with seasonal variations.
Liability
HQ Flowers is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the order value.

Governing Law
